I worked at this company for about a year. The original concept of the app was to allow restaurants to sell surplus food to customers at a lower price. However, this business model didn’t work as expected, so the company pivoted to a B2B model, facilitating transactions between suppliers and restaurants. Unfortunately, the business did not perform well and eventually closed permanently.

During my year at the company, our small team handled all tech-related tasks. Since the company was very small, planning, development, and deployment were often managed by the same person. My responsibilities included developing the API and managing the server, which was hosted on a small VPS.
